Puebla... STOP noise pollution !!!

The maximum permissible limits for noise emission will be:

68dB from 6:00 to 22:00

65 dB from 22:00 to 6:00

Inspectors from the Ministry of Environment and Public Utilities will be responsible to monitor and detect stationary or mobile sources of noise pollution in land, facilities, commercial, industrial and even commercial, overlapping or vehicle-mounted mobile sources turns.

Circumstances to sanction

To establish the type of sanction that can be applied shall be taken into account:

• Severity of the offense.
• Socio-economic conditions of the offender.
• The circumstances that cause the offense, the consequences that affected the ecological balance and the environment.
• The offender recidivism.
